David Laney and Jennifer Colburn have been building custom homes in Birmingham and surrounding areas since 2003. Collectively they have over 50 years experience in the Commercial and Residential construction industry. Our focus is on the customer experience. We continually strive to improve our processes in order to exceed our clients’ expectations. Our focus on quality and communication proves to set us apart.

Prior to entering the Residential construction marketplace, David and Jennifer each worked as Project Mangers for the 2nd oldest Commercial Construction company in Birmingham.
The root of the organization was founded on Integrity and Quality, combined with impeccable customer service.
